AFTER HOUR RETURNS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER’S RISK. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VEHICLE UNTIL THE LOCATION IS OPEN. CUSTOMERS ARE RECOMMENDED TO TAKE A VIDEO OF THE VEHICLE AT THE POINT OF DROPPING IT OFF AND LOCK THE DOORS. A DROP BOX IS ON THE SIDE OF THE COUNTER IN THE TERMINAL.
LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER (LDW) IS OPTIONAL. COST RANGES FROM $23.95 TO $45.95/DAY. SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL AT A COST OF $13.95/DAY. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE IS $6.95/DAY. RATES OF COVERAGES CAN CHANGE AT ANY NOTICE. RENTER IS REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL, AS WELL AS A ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT ITINERARY.
ALL VEHICLES ARE GPS TRACKED. UNLIMITED MILE RATES ARE FOR WASHINGTON, IDAHO, OREGON, AS FAR EAST AS HIGHWAY 89 INTO MONTANA AND INTO CANADA AS FAR NORTH AS VANCOUVER, KAMLOOPS, BANFF, CALGARY AND EAST AS LETHBRIDGE. IF CUSTOMER LEAVES THE LISTED GEOGRAPHICAL AREA, THEY WILL BE CHARGED $0.32 PER MILE FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL. CUSTOMERS DRIVING INTO CANADA, AT ANY TIME, ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL AND MUST BRING PROOF OF THEIR OWN INSURANCE THAT WILL BE ACCEPTABLE TO CANADIAN AUTHORITIES. VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THIS REGION.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTABLE FOR DEPOSIT: AX, DS, MC, VI. PAYMENT OPTIONS: A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THE RENTERS OWN NAME MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AND A RETURN FLIGHT ITINERARY. NO LOCALS. AT THE TIME OF RENTAL AN AUTHORIZATION HOLD WILL BE SECURED ON THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED TO COVER THE ESTIMATED RENTAL CHARGES PLUS A MINIMUM OF $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT ADDED TO ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED AT THE RENTAL COUNTER. SECUIRTY DEPOSITS VARY. THESE FUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR RENTAL. IF THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT CANNOT BE OBTAINED, THE RENTAL WILL BE DENIED AND RESERVATION IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT ONLY AT THE END OF THE RENTAL. TRAVEL AGENCY VOUCHERS (MCOS) AND CASH RENTALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS LOCATION. NO LOCAL RENTALS: TO QUALIFY FOR A RENTAL YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF A ROUND TRIP AIRLINE TICKET/ ITINERARY TO COINCIDE WITH THE RENTAL.
When the renter chooses to receive Frequent Flyer miles, we will collect a Frequent Flyer surcharge, not to exceed $1.50 per day, at the time of rental to offset a portion of the annual cost of participation in the Frequent Flyer program.
Reservations will be honored for 2 hours after the original scheduled pick up time, unless the location has closed for the day.
TO REPORT OR CHECK ON AN ITEM LEFT IN THE RENTAL CAR OR AT THE RENTAL COUNTER, PLEASE CONTACT 509-838-8223. WE ARE NOT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNCLAIMED ITEMS.
NON-SMOKING FLEET. IF A VEHICLE RETURNS WITH SMOKE DAMAGE, A MINIMUM OF $300 WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM FUTURE RENTALS.
LOCAL RENTERS ARE DEFINED BY NOT POSSESSING A RETURN FLIGHT ITINERARY AND CANNOT RENT FROM THE AIRPORT LOCATION. AFTER HOUR PICKUP: PASSENGERS ARRIVING AFTER HOURS MUST CONTACT THE RENTAL COUNTER BEFORE 9:00 PM WITH ARRIVING FLIGHT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. AFTER HOUR ARRIVALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 1:00AM. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AFTER 1:00 AM CAN CONTACT THE RENTAL COUNTER ABOUT THEIR VEHICLE RESERVATION AVAILABILITY THE NEXT MORNING AS EARLY AS 6:00 AM. AFTER HOUR RETURNS: VEHICLES MAY BE RETURNED AFTER REGULAR OFFICE HOURS. INQUIRE AT THE RENTAL COUNTER UPON ARRIVAL FOR DETAILS. HOLDING RESERVED VEHICLES: RESERVATIONS ARE HELD FOR UP TO 2 HOURS AFTER THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME UNLESS THE LOCATION IS CLOSED. IF A VEHICLE REQUIRING A CREDIT CARD IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 3 HOURS OF THE ARRIVAL TIME THE RENTAL LOCATION IS AUTHORIZED TO BILL THE CREDIT CARD FOR THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT.
FUEL POLICY: RENTERS MUST RETURN VEHICLE WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS TO AVOID REFUELING CHARGES. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR UNUSED FUEL.
All CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT ITINERARY. CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD IN THEIR OWN NAME WITH A LIMIT TO SUPPORT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT OWED ON EVERY RENTAL. DEBIT CARDS CANNOT BE USED UNTIL THE END OF THE RENTAL. ALL VEHICLES MUST STAY IN WASHINGTON, OREGON, IDAHO AND WESTERN MONTANA (SEE DRIVING RESTRICTIONS) TO MAINTAIN UNLIMITED MILES RANGE. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE FULL-COVERAGE INSURANCE.
ANY CHANGES TO A RESERVATION MAY RESULT IN A CANCELATION OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES. THIS INCLUDES EARLY RETURNS AND CHANGING PICK-UP DATES.
ANY VIOLATION THAT OCCURRS WHILE THE RENTER IS IN THE VEHICLE WILL RESULT IN A $50 ADMINISTRATION FEE. THE TICKET/TOLL IS THE RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY AS WELL AS ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE TICKET/TOLL.
